Windows 11 availability
Microsoft officially launched the release of Windows 11 in early October. Several Windows 10 users have upgraded to the new operating system.
The new version is still not available for everyone. The upgrade is offered on newer devices released with Windows 10.
Initially the computer is required to have:
- Intel 8th generation Coffee Lake or Zen 2 processors or later.
- TPM 2.0
- 4GB RAM
- 64GB of storage space.
Microsoft, in a statement, says the upgrade will gradually be completed by mid-2022.
The minimum system requirements for running Windows 10, the latest version of Windows as of 2021, are fairly modest, but the actual requirements for a particular computer will depend on factors such as the specific version of Windows, the amount of RAM, the speed of the processor, and the amount of storage on the hard drive. We should remind users that they must check these minimun requirements, announced by Microsoft. It is very important to determine whether their computer has the necessary specifications to run the operating system properly and without any problems. Keep in mind that newer operating systems typically require more advanced hardware compared to older ones.
