A contactless mobile phone | Apple’s innovation
Apple is reportedly preparing a phone that will work without even touching it. The company is focusing on curved screens and contactless phone controls to help it stand out from the competitors. This new phone control feature is going to be great. It will allow you to perform tasks by simply sliding your finger near a device’s screen. However, this new technology is not available just yet.
The company seems to be considering the development of a curved screen which gradually curves from top to bottom. We’ve seen curved screens before but this particular curved screen is going to be quite different from what we’ve seen so far. So far, Apple’s models have had a flat screen while the iPhone X’s OLED screen curves slightly at the bottom, but this curve mostly goes unnoticed by humans.
It might take a few more years for the curved-screen iPhone to finally be released. However, all those features are currently in the early stages of development. We cannot exclude the possibility of Apple deciding not to move forward with them.
