Apex Legends | Free game developed by EA
While Apex Legends has managed to reach a very large user base in just a week, Fortnite will continue to draw more players as it is the most popular video game worldwide. It is free to play and it’s a great way to enjoy a gaming experience. EA developed the game and they have been promoting it so far by spending over $2 million. 25 million people downloaded the game in one week, making it clear how popular it has become.
This is a popular game where the objective is to be the only winner. One hundred players can join and it’s a lot like Fortnite: Battle Royale.
In the Apex Legends world, Fortnite may be losing some of its old luster with enemies such as “Apex Legends”, which is arguably the hottest game on the planet right now. Fortnite, once king of the castle, seems to have lost some support from fans in recent weeks. EA probably wanted to piggy back on the popularity of Fortnite by releasing this free battle royale game. I think Apex will be successful because EA initially invested a lot in improving it. 10 million players were attracted to Apex Legends within 3 days of the game’s release. This is incredibly fast considering Fortnite took 4 months to attract 45 million players.
