Expensive new iPhones | All Apple’s new releases
In a recent report by Economic Daily News, Apple announces it will price its new phone at $999. But besides that, it also reveals that the company will both raise and lower their iPhone prices.
These are the costs of the current iPhone lineup:
-
iPhone 8 – 64 GB $699, 256 GB $849
-
iPhone 8 Plus – 64GB at $799 and 256GB at $949
-
iPhone X – 64GB at $999 and 256GB at $1,149
-
When Apple releases new iPhone models in 2018, there will be no iPhone 9 or iPhone 9 Plus.
And it looks like Apple will introduce three new models this September based on the same design as iPhone X.
-
iPhone X SE at $799
-
iPhone X (second generation) at $899
-
iPhone X Plus at $999
The iPhone SE 2 or iPhone X SE and the second generation iPhone X will have its cost reduced by $100 to make room for a top-of-the-line smart phone. The 6.5-inch “iPhone X Plus” will cost just under $1,000.
If the rumors come true and the above pricing applies to the base models, devices with 256GB would be priced at $150 more.
