
Pixel Watch | Google’s first smartwatch | with Wear OS 3.1 operating system
In 2022, Google announced their first smartwatch at the I/O conference- the Pixel Watch. They will also be releasing new Pixel 7 and Pro devices in the fall of that year. Google didn’t offer much detail about the features and functions of the Pixel Watch, but did say it would be a smartwatch.
Itβs made of recycled stainless steel and has a rotating crown on the right side. It also has three different straps to choose from. In terms of hardware, the watch will have Bluetooth, LTE and NFC antennas so that it can be used with Google Wallet. The watch is going to have sensors to track physical activity. Wear OS 3.1 will be among the first devices to implement many of the Fitbit features into their operating system. The price remains yet unknown.
