On January 15th HTC held a new press conference. The company unveiled a new Android smartphone, the HTC U11 EYEs. New official photos of the device have been released online and they match previous reports about what to expect.
This means that the HTC U11 EYEs indeed features a familiar design with disappearing bezels. Also is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. At the back, the phone packs a 12MP camera with Ultrapixel 3 technology, while a dual camera is installed at the front. The phone also has an IP67 certification for dust and water resistance. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is included as well, while the display reaches 5.99 inches and is powered by a 3,930 mAh battery.
What turned out to be different than the previous reports, is the price, since unfortunately it is going to be higher than expected, HTC will offer it with a price tag of at least $510.
