
Mobile H-Series 9th Generation
Intel is releasing a new family of mobile focused processors. This H-Series will provide desktop performance in a mobile sized device. It will be able to handle apps, games and other demanding tasks across the platform.
The Intel 9th Generation processors are already hugely popular. They will provide, as designed, the power needed to experience AAA titles on a laptop. You would, also, be able to edit and render content with ease.
Intel’s new Intel Core i9-9980HK is the first Core i9 mobile processor to run at up to 5GHz. It features 8 cores, 16 processor threads, and 16MB SmartCache. The processor also comes with Improved Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 (IBT 3.0) technology with up to 4.7GHz maximum frequency, Enhanced Intel Turbo.
The new Intel desktop processors have made incredible improvements over the last few years, as they have been created with innovative technology and provide outstanding performance for their price point. They also come with a 4GHz maximum turbo frequency, latest connectivity standards and support up to 128GB of RAM Intel Dynamic Tuning for real-time performance monitoring, Thunderbolt 3 optimizations and of course, compatibility with Intel Optane (H10) technology.
One of the biggest draws to gaming PCs is their graphics, but you’ve probably noticed an increase in your FPS numbers.Intel is also introducing Xeons with discrete GPUs or Intel® WiFi. They are promising a 38% improvement in turn times for these upgrades.
Note: the company also announced new 9th Generation processors for desktop systems – with a total of 25 models in the range – as well as new Pentium Gold and Celeron processors for more affordable (entry-level).
