Intel showed us the future of laptops
In this years CES, many grand manufacturers introduced to the world all the new preoducts to be released. Lenovo has announced the ThinkPad X1 Fold, a 13-inch laptop with a foldable OLED display and Intel processor. The Thinkpad will start being sold soon.ย Intel only showed off its own foldable computer at CES. This is a brand new division, which the company hopes to lead.
Many laptop designs have touched the foldable concept and it’s now been proven that the Horseshoe Bend is different in terms of form. It’s dimensions make it an ideal product for any room and lifestyle.
When open, the 4:3 screen reaches 17.3 inches, like a traditional laptop that is, which you can use at an angle with a wireless keyboard.
Web pages can be read quickly and comfortably on the full touchscreen. They provide a sense of endless scrolling that is perfect for comfort and convenience.
The Horseshoe Bend runs Windows 10, but Intel is waiting for Microsoft to release version 10X which they feel is more suitable for this new class of devices.
Intel has just taken their prototypes to the next level. This means we could see foldable devices that are laptop and tablet hybrids in our hands soon.
