Microsoft Game Stack
Microsoft released a new gaming platform at the Game Developers Conference, it will empower developers to create truly immersive games and connect with gamers across devices. The Microsoft Game Stack will contain all of the necessary tools and services to create video games as well as connect them with cloud technology.
You should definitely check out PlayFab. You’ll get a whole suite of tools and features used by all types of developers, from big studios to indie developers. It will give you access to the latest version as well.

According to the company, their goal is to make it easy for developers to find the tools and services they need. They do this by offering Azure, a cloud service, already utilized in games like Crackdown 3.
In her closing keynote at Build, Microsoft Azure Vice President Julia White explained how the company is committed to build a future for game developers that takes advantage of its technology, such as advanced computing and storage in the cloud, as well as cloud-native services accompanied by artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Julia White added: “As we all know the cloud has dramatically changed almost every sector in every industry, and obviously video games could not be the exception to this rule. It’s also worth highlighting that Azure is already available in 54 countries worldwide, including China, and our company continues to invest on it with a particular focus on security, sustainability of cloud infrastructure and additional services for game developers.”
