This is the new Samsung Galaxy S20 series
Samsung has unveiled the first major flagships of the year, the Galaxy S20 series.
One key difference between the S20 and the S20+ is the size of the display. One possesses 6.2 inches versus 6.7 inches respectively. The screen resolution comes in Samsung QHD. There is now an option, to set the refresh rate to 120Hz if the resolution is at 1080p.
Camera feature
One of the most interesting parts of this phone is its camera. The S20 and S20+ have the same cameras, but in the case of the Plus we also have a depth sensor. All in all, the 12MP main lens has a f-number of 1.8 and is available with a telephoto lens which includes a 64MP sensor with an f-number of 2.0. For both phones, we have the “Space Zoom” that offers 30x zoom (100x the Ultra). This feature is enabled by a combination of 3x hybrid optical zoom and software. There is also 8K video recording capability as well as a 10MP selfie camera! Samsung has partnered with YouTube to upload 8K videos directly to the platform, which we’re sure you’ll love.
In the specs we have Exynos 990, 12GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, while the Plus model has the option of 512GB. The S20 and S20+ come with a 4,000mAh and 4,500mAh battery respectively. This also allows them to charge up even faster. Samsung also showed love to gamers by mentioning Fortnite. Players will be able to enjoy a smooth playing experience thanks to the 240Hz touch response of the display and its 120Hz game update rate.
Pre-orders start on February 21 and the devices will hit store shelves on March 6. The Galaxy S20 will be priced at $999 and the Galaxy S20+ will be priced at $1,199. Be among the first to have access to this new tech!
