Samsung makes a broad range of Chromebooks that are designed for professionals and students. Their latest version is the Samsung Chromebook Plus V2, which has a 12.2-inch touchscreen and built-in stylus for easy navigation. It also has an Intel Celeron processor and Chrome OS, so it’s ready to go.
Powered by the Intel Celeron Processor 3965Y and with the powerful Intel HD Graphics 615, the new laptop has a 12.2-inch Full HD touchscreen display with 300 nit brightness for a bright and crisp graphical experience, as well as support for graphics. It comes with a 4GB of RAM as well as the 32GB of built-in storage which can easily be expanded via a microSD card that allows for up to 400 GB.
The stylus, with its 4096 touch point sensitivity, offers more flexibility. This model has 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB 3.0 port. It also includes a microSD card reader.
The features of the laptop include a 1MP front camera resolution, a 13MP rear camera with an f/1.9 autofocus lens, stereo speakers (1.5W x 2) and a 39Wh battery. The Chromebook weighs around 1.32 pounds and features a body made of aluminum and glass and plastic.
The Samsung Chromebook Plus (V2) will be going on sale on June 24th, and is priced at $499.99.
