MIT Open CourseWare: This is an initiative by MIT University to offer free and open access to the educational material from all its undergraduate and some postgraduate courses.
Coursera: Hundreds of courses from all fields. Each course is taught by certified, top lecturers from the world’s best universities and scientific institutions.
The Greek options
Mathesis: a Greek initiative with a remarkable platform of courses by academics, constantly evolving. Founded in 2015 as part of the University Press of Crete. Needs to enroll in the courses, whose topics range from world history to an introduction to quantum physics.

Coursity: the seminars are in the form of video lectures, exercises and assignments and provides certificates after successful completion by the Lifelong Learning Centre of each university.
