Single Action for State Aid
The special agency for research, development and innovation (RTD) and the general secretariat of research and technology (SRT) organised an event to discuss their work in promoting innovation. “RESEARCH – CREATE – INNOVATE”, the Operational Programme Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2014 – 2020 is your opportunity to get a better start.
State Aid, attended by important members of the research and business communities, took place on March 22nd at the amphitheater of the National Research Foundation.
The General Secretary P. Kyprianidou presented the actions that the General Secretariat for Research and Technology, as an Intermediate Management Body, will carry out under the Operational Programme Entrepreneurship and Innovation 2 (EPANEK).
He has done a lot of work with the GET, Israel, Russia and Germany. Together they have worked on ERANets and Strategic Development Actions for Research and Technology Institutions and Research Infrastructures
In addition, he spoke about the new imperative actions, which include a budget of 180 million euros. Details on these projects are currently being determined and are expected to be launched in 2017.
The scheme includes actions to coordinate research projects and partnerships in innovation between businesses and research organisations.
