Turning your iPhone into iPod | Rewound app changed device’s appearance
If you have wanted the magical iPod wheel on your iPhone for a long time now, a new app was available until a few days ago to make your dream come true. Apple Music and iPod apps were compatible with iOS’s touch screen features!
Rewound was a much-loved app that lets you change the device’s appearance to look like an iPod. Until recently it was available for download through the App Store. Due to the infringement, Apple removed the application from the store. The original design wasn’t provocative of a ban, until users started sharing clickwheel skins in the community.
The new iPod Classic was a great option for anyone who wanted to go back to the classic look without losing all of the functionality they need. This application had millions of downloads worldwide. Apple’s mythical product, the iPod, that many people feel nostalgic over has been having a few great times since it was released. Rewound now organizes a public funding initiative requesting the financial support of the community to republish the application.
