The highest failure rate on phones | Samsung on the top of the classification
Top phone breakdowns revealed in Mobile Device Repair and Security Report in the Fourth Quarter of 2017.
First on the Android list is the Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Samsung has 5 of its own models rounding out the top ten. Samsung is first on the list of manufacturers with a 27.4% failure rate, followed by Xiaomi. When it comes to Apple, the iPhone 6 is the company’s worst model, with the 6S and 6S Plus following. However statistics show that iOS devices lead in terms of failures and not Android.
In the classification, the two top positions hold Samsung and Xiaomi accordingly. The top 5 of the list with the most failures presented include Motorola, Huawei and InFocus in that order. The list positions LG, Lenovo and OnePlus in the lower positions, attaining only a small percentage rate of 2-6%.
The number one reason for the damage on Android is performance, with the camera and microphone following. In iOS, the main problems are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
