The use of fitness gadgets has increased because of coronavirus, as more people have sought traditional home remedies. There will be an increase in the number of apps and devices to meet this growing demand that will then flood the market. It should be noted that not all of them are the same. They’re not all smart either.
FormeLife is a heavy signature fitness smart mirror with a built-in weighted fitness system. It’s sleek and has been created by famed designer Yves Behar.
The FormeLife can perform a full fitness program without leaving the front of your mirror. But the smart mirror – gym does not do as much as that. It tracks biometric data, connects to the internet for personalized fitness programs, and automatically adjusts resistance according to an individual’s needs.
When you’re not exercising, the body starts to rebuild and stay active. It builds muscles and returns nutrients to your system in order to function properly. A natural detox occurs, which leaves a reflection on how well you are maintaining your lifestyle.
We don’t know exactly when it will be released, sometime in 2020 Behar said. As for the cost, it comes to $149 for 39 months, a little more than $5,800 (5,300 euros).
