The Trident Z managed to set a new world record for frequency, beating the previous mark by 100MHz. G.SKILL carefully ensured that the new memory could reach a maximum performance of 6GHz, and as such this has been confirmed by Guinness World Records.

On September 10, 2019, G.SKILL announced the breaking of this record. They achieved a RAM frequency of 6016.8MHz, which is one of the fastest frequencies determined in recent years and extremely desired by high-performance hardware enthusiasts. They have now reached their 6000MHz capabilities. This is an industry-changing technology that is perfect for everyday use.

The popular overclocking YouTuber Toppc, who creates amazing convincing videos, has achieved the world’s highest overclocked gaming score. Toppc used an MSI MPG Z390i GamingEdge motherboard and an Intel Core i9-9900K processor to make this feasible. Toppc has once again set a new world record, as this time he smashed the prior 5886MHz world record by three months. This is yet another incredible feat that he manages almost every time.

ย “We are very excited to achieve the 6000MHz record with our memories, together with MSI with the Trident Z Royal,” said Tequila Huang, Corporate Vice President of G.SKILL. In the future, we hope to see more and even better results.
