Remote working has been a longstanding option. Suitable most for companies who want to become more productive and save a few bucks while doing so. Virtual companies, run without offices or physical structures, have now become a staple of the modern business landscape. They offer plenty of opportunities for employees and partners with high salaries. A solution that hopefully “clicks” with the Greek worker, but how effective it can be depends of course on their specialized skillset.

Remote job sectors like business data analysts, insurance agents, real estate and e-commerce tend to offer average annual salaries of around $100,000 and up.
Surveys have found that a large number of millennial workers in the US would find posts for working from distance, without having to commute or have a traditional office. In addition, they are more likely to be loyal or motivated if an employer is offering work flexibility.
Many people are thinking about how to reduce the operating costs of their businesses by employing remote employee teams. It is starting to become more and more popular as technology improves and communications evolve. Thanks to new technology, managing a remote team is not only more affordable, but can also provide opportunities for your company that were previously not feasible. There are many free apps on the market and production app providers offer plenty of options.
There are 170 virtual companies presently in the US, more than double the number of 2014. Some of these include Automattic, Answer Connect, InVision and TopTal which have employees around the world.
This is a group of companies that have no physical headquarters. Most of their staff work remotely, which helps them create a more streamlined and efficient workflow. Tools such as Zoom, Slack, Dropbox and Quip help employees communicate and stay connected with each other. This allows you to monitor workflows and performance for everyone in the company.
