Super Charge Turbo
Oppo’s SuperVOOC charger is the best when it comes to quick charging speeds. But, they’re not alone. Xiaomi’s new Super Charge Turbo charger looks like it might take them a step further in terms of speed! We took a look on Weibo at the moment where the company’s president released an announcement about their 100W fast charge (at 20V/5A) that’s coming soon. By combining wireless charging from Qi and 75W power supply from Lithium-ion batteries, they’re providing a lot of options in terms of speed and convenience.
The “Super Charge Turbo” unit of Xiaomi’s battery charger is able to reach 100% in just 17 minutes, while the “SuperVOOC” charge battery from a competitor is able to fill up only 65% in the same amount of time. Huawei’s Super Charge technology is the latest in its line of luxury smartphones. It will take almost an hour to fully charge with an upcoming 55W charger that allows users to get more time with their device.
Xiaomi’s devices support up to 27W chargers, with the Mi 9 comes with an 18W charger included in the package.
