Nuance is mostly famous for Apple’s Siri artificial intelligence software. Nuance is a leader in voice recognition, mainly involved in providing software to the healthcare industry. This is an industry in which Microsoft wanted to enter, so as to develop software to help, for example, automate X-ray exams.
