Mozilla has published a new update to its Firefox Focus browser, primarily for iOS and Android. Users of the Android app now have control over their tracking data. They can choose which sites to share it with and the iOS version of the browser now includes search suggestions.
In October, Firefox released Enhanced Tracking Protection with the release of Firefox 63. Users now have more control over how their online activity gets tracked. If you use ETF (Enhanced Tracking Protection) on a website, you’ll be able to block any cookies that the site might try to put on your computer or phone. This feature blocks trackers to improve user experience by speeding up browsing. This will also allow for a better privacy option for users as it allows them to opt out of having their activities tracked, saved and sold.
