- Enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.
- Tap Save to save the new password.
To recover a lost Instagram password:
- Open the Instagram app and click on Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter your username, email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Instagram will send a password reset link to your email or phone number. Click on the link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password twice and click Reset Password to save the changes.
