The Acer X960 features GSM Network connection with antenna (for some more protruding that others), with WiFi and Bluetooth as well. The model has color display and polyphonic sound. The operating system is Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 version with 3.5G network connectivity.
The 3.2MP camera has autofocus and flash and at the front there’s a VGA camera for the video calls. SiRFstar GPS provides the location-based services.
As announced at the MWC | Mobile World Congress 2009 the release of the X960 would mark he beggining of the company’s smartphone series. The mobile’s touch screen is operated with a pen and navigation buttons as well. he battery autonomy is rather good, with up to 6 hours of talk time and 275 hours standby. The price tag on this model was easy to understande, having in mind the features.
