The Nokia 1110 features GSM Network connection with antenna (for some more protruding that others), but with no WiFi or Bluetooth. The model has monochromic display and monophonic sound.
With the Nokia 1xxx series the Finnish company marked the beginning of affordable phones introduced to the masses. In correlation to the price, the features accordingly weren’t very advanced for this particular series. Of course, though, newer models in this 1xxx series presented some elements of advancement. The company targeted consumers with not many requirements and demands, beyond taking calls and sending SMS messages or handling the clock and calendar.
The best-selling models of the line were the 1100, 1110, 1112, 1208, 1661 and 1680. To note, this last one mentioned was equipped with the most features as well. Releases on new models continued up until early 2010.
