The Toshiba Satellite T2150 CDS has an Intel 80486DX4 processor at 100 MHz and memory of 28MB. It ran with the operating system of the Microsoft Windows 3.11 or Windows 95 version. In the computer division, best selling models of the series derived from the Pasopia series and the Txxx series sold internationally.
Toshiba Corporation is an electronics multi national conglomerate involved in different divisions through the years. Products and services included electronics, semi conductors, printers, hard drives, batteries. The list among them also includes power and social infrastructure, elevators and IT solutions.
Toshiba was considered one of the biggest manufacturers of personal computers, home appliances, even medical equipment. It also showed Japan’s technological prowess, but a recent scandal and subsidiary’s filing for bankruptcy affected its reputation.
Unfortunately, a few years ago the corporation announced the split into three companies. Each one would focus on a different line on infrastructure, electronic devices and the remaining divisions.
