Samsung has announced the Galaxy Book 2. This is the company’s new attempt to create a convertible PC that’s always on and always connected. Samsung has combined their own new 2in1 notebook with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 Supercharged Mobile SoC. This ensures 20 hours of battery life, making it a perfect product for those who often need to travel. The Galaxy Book 2 uses Windows 10 S. The model will only have one version at first.
This Samsung model comes with a 12-inch sAMOLED display, which has a very high resolution of 2160×1440 and an aspect ratio of 3:2. The device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 SoC, 4GB DRAM, and 128GB NAND flash storage. The device also comes with the Snapdragon X20 LTE modem.
It also has 2 USB Type-C ports, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. When it comes to photography, the device has an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The audio offers a built-in mic and sound from Dolby’s Atmos stereo speakers. Fingerprint scanner can be used for biometric identification. It is estimated that the cost for the devise will be $1000.
