Bright Night feature by Samsung introduced
Samsung announced that a new camera feature was being developed: Bright Night. It will come with a new UI in the upcoming Galaxy S10. You can literally see it before its release due to an upcoming UI update. This new feature allows you to take multiple images and bring them together with more details at lower light settings. A source revealed that the Samsung’s stock camera app for the Galaxy Note 9 One UI/Android Pie app has a similar feature.
The Bright Night feature by Samsung is a camera setting that allows users to capture high-quality photos in low-light conditions. Samsung’s high-end smartphone models, such as the Galaxy S and Note series already has it installed.
When it is activated, the camera uses a combination of techniques to improve the quality of photos taken in low-light environments. One of the key components of the feature is the use of multi-frame noise reduction, which takes multiple photos at different exposure levels and then combines them to produce a final image with reduced noise and improved detail.
Another technique used by the Bright Night feature is the use of larger pixels, which are able to capture more light than smaller pixels. This allows the camera to produce clearer and more detailed photos in low-light environments. In addition to these techniques, the Bright Night feature also employs advanced image processing algorithms that work to further improve the quality of photos taken in low-light conditions.
