WhatsApp released a new app for small businesses, designed for better communication with clients. This app lets them say most of what they need in just a few taps.
Businesses can now make it easier to collaborate with their team as well. They can add more details to their email address or the ability to better communicate. With a new feature called adding a description to an email address and the ability to save websites, WhatsApp Business is unique and creates new efficiencies in business. We’ll be able to offer you smart reply and quick greeting tools as well as powerful analytics so you can measure the effectiveness of your communications.
If your business number is different from your personal number for a WhatsApp account, then you can register for the app with either one. They’re also compatible with WhatsApp Web, which is the desktop browser version of the app.
WhatsApp Business allows people to operate a business from their phone. Currently, it is available in only 5 countries and as a result, has no global launch date. It is available in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, London and the US and will be added to new markets afterwards. Businesses now have a handful tool for better communication with clients.
