The new 6-inch AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution and the reduced bezels and better speakers on the front surface make this device impressive. The phone’s construction is made of metal and glass, and it also offers an updated camera setup with dual 20+12MP cameras as well as a 20MP selfie camera. In addition to the traditional fingerprint sensor, there’s a rear-facing LED that illuminates the logo in a futuristic way just like on Razer Phone 2. Two more LED strips are located on the side of the phone.
The Black Shark Helo includes the Snapdragon 845 performance chipset, but it stands out thanks to its 10GB RAM configuration. Consumers have a choice between three different versions with 6GB RAM/128GB storage, 8GB RAM/128GB storage and 10GB RAM/256GB storage.
This device comes with a dual-pipe liquid cooling system. It also has a Shark Space option which limits apps running in the background for better performance.
The Xiaomi Black Shark Helo has a 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging and it also comes with 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0 and MIUI 10 right out-of-the-box.
It’s worth noting that the 6 and 8GB RAM models will come with an analog stick, while the 10GB model will come with 2 controllers. The price of the device starts at $461 for the 6GB RAM version and goes up for $605 for the 10GB RAM.
