The Text-to-Speech technology
Now available in Greek is the voice search feature on Google’s platform, enabling users to have answers to their questions read aloud by text-to-speech technology, ranging from weather to football.
The feature is available for both Android and iOS devices. This app uses advanced automatic speech recognition, a neural network created by Google’s speech team that can be found online.
The new version of the AI assistant on UserDiscovery just came out, bringing a feature in which users can ask their assistant to perform certain searches. For example, if a user wants to find out about the weather, they should say “the weather in Athens” or “the weather today”.
A user wanting to find the sports schedule can say the following commands, “schedule for the Super League Greek League” or “Greek Football League”. Through this new feature, users can easily and simply make calculations by saying the action they want to perform. In addition, you can generate a translation like “Hola en español”.
