Finally Internet Explorer

Finally Internet Explorer

After almost 27 years, it should be remembered that it had appeared in 1995 with Windows 95 and between 2000-2005 it had a market share of 90% to 95% worldwide. the famous browser is coming to an end. After June 15, 2022 it will not be present in Windows 10 versions.

This practically means that Microsoft will not release periodic security updates for Explorer. Internet Explorer (IE) was once the default browser for Windows operating systems. However, with the launch of Windows 10 in 2015, Microsoft introduced a new default browser called Microsoft Edge, which replaced the Explorer as the default browser. Internet Explorer 11, the latest version of the Explorer, is still available for compatibility reasons. Microsoft, though, no longer actively develops or supports it. This means that new features, security updates, and bug fixes will not have a release. The browser is, unfortunately, not designed to work with modern web technologies.

Windows 10 users who still need to access websites that require Internet Explorer can do so by using the Enterprise Mode feature in Microsoft Edge. This feature allows users to open a specific website in the Explorer 11, while still using Microsoft Edge as their default browser.

It is pointed out that after 2010 and the emergence of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer began its decline.
