Huawei has released two new phones, the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, which are the world’s first smartphones with a Kirin AI processor. After teaming up with Leica, the next Huawei phones will possess incredible lenses and professional like cameras. We can’t wait to see all the new releases!
Huawei at the IFA in Berlin presented it’s first phone with artificial intelligence. The use of AI technology makes it possible for businesses to find creative ways to add new (and valuable) real estate. They can, hence, increase their revenue streams. Yesterday, three different smart phones were announced – the Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Pro and Porsche Design Huawei Mate 10. These are pioneering smart phones featuring AI capabilities with the powerful Kirin 970 processor and a new EMUI 8.0 user interface.
The Kirin 970 processor
The Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro come with the new Kirin 970 processor. This is the first device to do this, so they have never been faster or more personalised than now.The Kirin 970 chipset is manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 10nm semiconductor manufacturing process and features an octa-core ARM Cortex processor, the first-ever twelve-core Mali G72 graphics chipset and the first neural network module designed specifically for mobile devices! The Kirin 970 also features a new dual ISP for smart photography with AI technology.
The Kirin 970 was designed as a dedicated neural net module that provides significantly better performance for AI related tasks compared to the available competition. Huawei Mate 10 series models are the world’s fastest smartphones and are also the world’s first to offer dual 4G SIM & Dual VoLTE support.
The Mate series is composed of several individual and collective intelligence techniques that are all at your service. Storage and Ram allocation
The new Huawei Mate 10 will initially be available in a 64GB storage and 4GB RAM version from the end of October. The Mate 10 Pro will initially be available from mid-November, with either 128GB storage and 6GB RAM. On November the 16th, Porsche Design released their Huawei Mate 10 with 256GB storage and 6GB RAM. We will share the release dates in the Greek market on their revelation.
