All eyes are on the new Motorola Moto G22, a descendant of the Moto G20. Its predecessor came out last year, but today Motorola Moto G22 brings a fresh start on the series. A G21 model wasn’t immediately refreshed and the community considered that the series met an unglamorous end on the Motorola phones.
Design-wise the two models won’t differ much since the newer one is expected to also feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD diagonal display at 90Hz with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution like the previous model, 3 cameras on the rear but with a higher resolution of 50+8+2 MP as opposed to 48+8+2 MP and a noticeably improved and differently positioned selfie camera with 16MP from 12MP. They also share similarities in their memories as both have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Also both have dual sim and exclusive 4G connectivity, which now makes them fully mid range products. The two models also share a 5000 mAh battery as well, very good compared to their other mid-range features.
The Moto G22 is expected to be priced between 160-200€, a reasonable cost for its mediocre features.
