The Microsoft Kin Two features a GSM, HSPA Network connection without antenna, but including Wifi and Bluetooth. The operating system was the manufacturer’s and had color display and polyphonic sound.
The Kin series was a short lived family of mobile phones designed by Microsoft. The company marketed the product for users, young adults mostly, more into social networking and chating. For the manufacture of this product line responsible was the Japanese Sharp Corporation.
Unfortunately, the Kin ONE and TWO remained in the mobile phone market for only two months, 48 days to be exact, before Verizon decided to withdraw them. This family of phones was a rather unsuccessful page in the mobile phone division history of the tech giant.
