The Nokia 2110 features GSM Network connection with antenna (for some more protruding that others), but with no WiFi or Bluetooth. The model has monochromic display and monophonic sound.
The Nokia 2xxx series are considered entry-level phones with slightly more improved features than the Nokia 1000 series. Many later models had color screens and camera features, even GPS!
With a screen slightly larger as well, two series of text were displayed and features of the history of calls and list of messages. The bigger display was considered revolutionary for the time such as the upgraded user interface that changed the whole phone experience.
The best-selling models of the series were the Nokia 2010, 2110, 2210 (with slide feature), 2310, 2600 and so on. Releases on new models continued up until early 2010. On 2019 a modern version of the Nokia 2720 Flip entered the market.
