Tetris quickly became popular around the world due to its simple yet addictive gameplay. The game is based on the idea of clearing lines on a playing field by arranging a series of falling shapes, called “tetrominoes,” in a way that forms a complete horizontal line. With the formation of the line, it disappears, and the player scores points.
