What to expect from Apple for 2022
As is customary every year, Apple holds two events – one in early fall and one in early spring – to announce the release of its new devices, apps or software. What can we expect from it next March? With nothing official announced yet, it is rumoured that Apple will launch a second model of the SE series. The first appearance took place in March 2020, at Apple’s first online event since the COVID-19 pandemic had started. The SE series is known as Apple’s budget series since its prices are considerably lower compared to the other models.
This year it is expected that this series will go a step further and besides a faster processor, it will also get 5G connectivity. Apart from the series of new smartphones, a new iPad Air is also rumored to be launched in order to increase the sales of iPads as the last quarter was very low compared to other years. However, it is not ruled out that new iMac computers will be released wearing the new M1 processor. We expect to see at another online event probably before March 8.
